18 User Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content uploaded to EasilyAI, including but not limited to audio, video, and text files. By uploading content, users confirm they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for such content. EasilyAI assumes no liability for copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party content.

19 AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

20 Voice Cloning Responsibility

Users who utilize EasilyAI's voice cloning features confirm they have explicit consent from the individual whose voice is being cloned. Users assume full legal responsibility for any unauthorized use of a person's voice or likeness, including liability for any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by the affected individual or third parties. EasilyAI strictly prohibits the cloning of voices without the express consent of the voice owner.

Voice data uploaded for cloning purposes may constitute biometric information under applicable law and is processed solely to deliver the requested service. EasilyAI does not store, sell, or use voice data for any purpose beyond the specific service requested by the user.

21 Facial Manipulation & Lip Sync Consent

Users who utilize EasilyAI's lip sync and facial animation features confirm they have explicit consent from all individuals whose facial features appear in the uploaded content. 26 How Can You Review, Update, or Delete the Data We Collect From You?

Based on the applicable laws of your country or state of residence in the US, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please fill out and submit a data subject access request at: Data Subject Access Request.

27 Cookies and Essential Technologies

EasilyAI uses only essential, functional technologies necessary to operate the Services. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics scripts. Specifically:

  • Session tokens: Supabase, our authentication provider, stores a session token in your browser's local storage solely to maintain your logged-in state. This token contains no personal information beyond what is necessary to identify your session and expires upon logout or inactivity.
  • No third-party analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or any similar third-party analytics or tracking service on our platform.
  • Landing page: Our public landing page is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect anonymized, aggregated performance and traffic data at the infrastructure level as part of their hosting service. This data is not linked to individual users and is not shared with EasilyAI in identifiable form. For more information, see Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Because we use only functional technologies, no cookie consent banner is triggered. If this changes in the future, we will update this Notice and implement appropriate consent mechanisms.

28 Account Data Retention

We retain your personal account data for as long as your account remains active. When you initiate deletion of your account from your Account Settings (or by request to [email protected]), you are offered two options:

  • Grace period — 30 days (recommended): your account and all associated data are retained for thirty (30) days from the request, allowing you to recover the account by logging in again before that period expires. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
  • Short window — within 24 hours: your account is permanently deleted within twenty-four (24) hours of the request. This short delay is a security measure that protects you against accidental clicks, unauthorized actions, or compromised sessions; it allows EasilyAI and you to intervene in cases of suspected fraud or mistake. You can still cancel the deletion by logging in again before the 24-hour window expires.

Regardless of the option chosen, no deletion is performed truly instantaneously. This delay is a deliberate safety measure and is industry standard among comparable services.

Specific retention details by data category:

  • Account information (name, email, preferences): retained while account is active and deleted on schedule once you request deletion, except where applicable law requires longer retention.
  • Authentication data: managed by Supabase. Upon account deletion, we request removal of your authentication records from Supabase in accordance with our data processing agreement with them. In some cases this step is completed manually by our team within the same retention window.
  • Uploaded content and processed files: deleted within six (6) months of processing, as described in Section 17, or on the deletion schedule above upon your request — whichever comes first.
  • Payment records: managed and retained by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, subject to their legal and financial record-keeping obligations. EasilyAI does not store payment card details.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the "Delete Account" option in your Account Settings → Danger Zone, contact us at [email protected], or use the data subject request form referenced in Section 26.

29 International Data Transfers

EasilyAI is operated from Colombia. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including but not limited to the United States and other countries where our third-party service providers operate their infrastructure.

Specifically, our infrastructure and service providers include:

  • Supabase — authentication and database services, hosted on AWS infrastructure.
  • DigitalOcean — primary application server infrastructure.
  • Vercel — landing page hosting.
  • OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud AI, Amazon Web Services — AI processing providers, as further described in Section 22.
  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and Merchant of Record.

These transfers are necessary to provide the Services. We rely on the standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms established by our service providers where applicable. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may contact us at [email protected] to obtain further information about the safeguards in place for these transfers.

30 Colombian Data Protection — Ley 1581 de 2012

EasilyAI is owned and operated by an individual based in Colombia and is therefore subject to the Colombian Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and its regulatory decrees, including Decreto 1377 de 2013.

In accordance with Colombian law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: The right to know what personal data we hold about you and how it is being used.
  • Correction: The right to request that inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data be updated.

  • Complaint: The right to file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within the timeframes established by applicable Colombian law.
